Look at the calendar to see how many weeks of execution. If I have 4, knock out as many smaller projects as i can the first week. Give fsc/ts chance to work out any new project wrinkles. By the second week i'm looking at working on the T3/4s if we have everything needed to execute. If i have 5 weeks of execution i take a less aggressive approach. Try to focus on as many projects with the least amount of friction. I have a very supportive MEAS that checks in on me continually, touches base to see if I need extra help.
